Prism Core was founded by Quincy May, who spent years leading customer success and working across high-pressure sales teams — watching the same problems play out over and over. Leads slipping through the cracks. Teams grinding long hours without a real system. Business owners trading time with their families for revenue that felt fragile.

Together with his brother Shane Mishra — a business consultant with over two decades specialising in sales systems and team performance — Quincy sat down and built Prism to solve exactly those problems.

The mission isn't just to increase revenue. It's to give business owners and their teams something more valuable back: their time. Every system Prism builds is designed so the business can scale without the people inside it working themselves into the ground.

Because at the end of the day, the businesses Prism serves — and Prism itself — exist for one reason: to look after the families behind them.
