05 AI-powered communication

Prism Core uses AI-powered agents to handle initial outreach, follow-up, and qualification on behalf of our business and our clients. Our AI agent, Pete, may contact you via SMS to respond to your enquiry, re-engage a previous interaction, or schedule a consultation.

Transparency notice: While Pete communicates in a natural, conversational style and does not self-identify as an AI in conversation, the use of AI in our sales and support process is publicly disclosed on our website at prismcore.com.au. All AI interactions are monitored and supervised by our human team, and handover to a human team member occurs at the appropriate stage of every conversation.

By submitting your contact details and providing SMS consent on our forms, you acknowledge that initial contact may be handled by an AI-assisted agent, and you agree to receive such communications as part of our sales and support process.

06 SMS messaging and consent

When you submit our enquiry form, you are given the opportunity to consent to receiving SMS messages from Prism Core. This consent covers:

  • Follow-up regarding your demo request
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Relevant business updates and service information

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our team. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: You can opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also contact us directly at quincy@prismcore.com.au to request removal from our contact list.

We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS. All messages are sent in the context of an existing enquiry or business relationship.

  • Service providers — companies that assist us in operating our business (e.g. CRM platforms, communication tools), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
